More Neopets fanart! This time it's a Frillabon. The pirate one! They are so highly underrated! There is like gazillion of Gallions, Gruslens, Spardels and other petpets, but I found only one Frillabon on the whole DA. So, here is another one. Go Frillabons!

I did this all in Flash to simulate a bit the Neopets graphics. I know I am not the best at it but it's quite new to me.
